We love embroidery, and have a special fondness for Granny Squares, and a little sparkle never hurts, so the idea for these Frosted Grannies was born. These are made of two separate granny squares that increase from the narrow point to the diameter of the sphere…make two and you have a complete sphere! Then decorate with embroidery, and stitch together around a felt ball. All instructions and product links are included. 

You will need:

- Yarn: One cone Ito Kosho and one cone Ito Kin Gin. Yarns are held together throughout.

- A hank each of red and green Weeks hand-dyed Pearl Cotton

- No. 5 Embroidery Needle

- 6 wool felted balls

- 2 hanks of ribbon (red and silver) for hanging
